Product literature and technical content are provided for reference and project support. They do not grant any right to reproduce our branding, product designs, or proprietary material.

We strive to keep product descriptions, imagery, and technical information reasonably accurate. However, product dimensions, finishes, construction details, and availability may change as part of ongoing development or project customization. Quotations, proposals, and custom project discussions are subject to specification review, commercial terms, and written confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, all warranty commitments, delivery expectations, and service terms are governed by the final quotation or order documentation. Olympia provides a 12-month replacement warranty on fixtures, LEDs, and drivers against manufacturing defects, subject to proper installation, application suitability, and warranty terms communicated at the time of supply.

All orders are subject to product availability, technical confirmation, and acceptance by Olympia Lighting. Delivery timelines are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. Payment terms, taxes, freight, packing, and commercial conditions will be specified in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, or purchase order confirmation. Any site readiness, installation conditions, or special coordination requirements remain the responsibility of the buyer or appointed project team unless separately contracted.

To the extent permitted by law, Olympia Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website, project delays beyond our control, third-party installation issues, or misuse of supplied products. Liability related to supplied goods or services will in all cases be limited to the value of the relevant product or service, except where otherwise required by applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, supply chain disruption, government restrictions, labour events, transport interruption, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Olympia may provide pre-sales guidance, product recommendations, and technical support based on the information made available to us. Final specification, detailing, installation quality, and statutory compliance remain the responsibility of the customer, consultant, contractor, or installer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any advice provided through the website or routine correspondence is intended to assist, not replace, professional design judgment or site-specific verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the website, its content, or its use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, unless otherwise agreed under a specific commercial contract. Users remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local codes, electrical regulations, safety requirements, and statutory approvals relevant to their projects.
